I had a domestic disturbance charge about 15 yrs ago, I never was arrested for said charge nor did I know this was on my record. It says charges dropped before hearing, but is still on my record. I am a long distance truck driver of 9 yrs. One day in my personal vehicle I got a ticket for changing lanes without a turn signal almost 10 yrs ago. Even though this has fallin off my DMV record, It is still on Public Record.Both charges are old, and neither are that bad. But together they prevent me from getting hired.
