In 1996, I was convicted of felony embezzlement in Mississippi, and has not been in any trouble since then. Can this charge be expunged off of my record or can a get a pardon? I was 20 years old at the time.
Hi Tashia. We do not have a Mississippi attorney affiliated with this site, so I cannot provide an answer to your expungement related question. I apologize. I suggest contacting the public defender in your county. Thank you.
