I strongly oppose these online Criminal Record Private

Companies posting records of criminal arrests and charges when the records have

LONG BEEN EXPUNGED!

 Such postings make it appear that a person is a criminal

when indeed he/she was even found NOT GUILTY!

 The records are not only NOT updated to eradicate

expungements (as legally should be done), but also sold to anybody willing to

pay.  Those buying these records assume

that the person is guilty.  It seems impossible to get these expunged

records removed because there are so many of these companies who just buy the

initial record data bases and don't bother to update them as to the finding of

the courts.  Is this justice? 

 Who do I call?  Where are

the people who still believe and stand up for the foundations our government was

built on?  How can we let these companies

profit from such injustices to innocent people?
