Whole story quick and short.

2007- Pulled over (Albany NY), arrested for DWI. (at station suppose ofly .13 BAC) Reason pulled over: Rt brake lamp out. (reality: it wasn't) Out come: reduced to DWAI

2010- Pulled over (Saratoga Co. NY) arrested for DWI (at station suppose ofly .08BAC) Reason pulled over: Speeding and not staying in lane. (untrue, and pulled over doing 44 when it was 45) Out come: Still going to court.

I rarely drink, and dont drink much when I did. Made some bad judgements. Wrong place and time. I no longer drink because if it and trying to get involved in volunteer work to help prevend DUIs 

I've recently learned I can't get a plain CDL license now even if this goes to an DWAI and ruins chances of getting a state (or DOT) job and who knows what other possiable jobs. I'm a auto mechanic by profession. I need this hidden on back ground checks.
