I paid my attorney $250 in 2003 for an expungement.  The "no true Bill " came back from grand jury in 1998 on a first degree rape accusation.  It was filed for expungement but It has not been in place I still receive letters from pretrial services on background checks.  I dont understand why it wasn't put in to motion.  If all charges were dropped and never went to trial why do I still have this on my record.  And I don't want to spend anymore money when I feel that it should have took place in 2003?
