If I have done  a SLED search for my criminal record, and nothing comes up. Then my convictions have been expunged. Now is there any other database that an Employer can use to somehow dig this info up and cost me my eligibility for the job?

I do not know what a SLED is.  There are hundreds (if not thousands) of databases that employers can use to conduct background checks.    Those database companies will update their records at different intervals, so there is a chance that their outdated data may still show your record as it existed prior to your expungement.  I would recommend:  http://www.recordgone.com/expedited-criminal-database-update.htm/?q=remove-record-from-public-databases.htm/
