Free Pardon Applications

I have a misdemeanor charge in Colorado Springs with my ex-girlfriend back when I was 26 or 27 yrs old which puts the year around 1990 or 91. We over drank one night at home, then got into an argument.  My girlfriend was a feisty Irish redhead and had assaulted me on prior occasions, but I was a young man and didn’t think of it as assaults but cute Irish temper tantrums that often diffused itself.  Some not all of our over drinking arguments resulted in me having to restrain her but on this particular night she started flailing her fists at me, I had bruised her arm where I held her arms away from me to avoid being hit.  My girlfriend did not press charges but the police or State did.  I appeared in court and with sheer ignorance to the laws and lack of financially preparedness to defend myself, I just plead guilty to get it done with. I did my community service and thought that was it, no more damaging than a simple 1st offense warning like a speeding ticket right? Wrong!  It wasn’t until later in life, that I found I could not get promotions because of a misdemeanor charge.  When I looked into it after 3 rejections and now some 23 years after the fact, I learned how bad the charge was back in the 90’s.  Now the irony is that, that girl friend is still my friend today.  She’s married to a nice fella in Colorado and I am now residing in Phoenix AZ also married to a wonderful lady.  Only I can’t get promoted to higher positions of responsibility and receive the pay I deserve.   I am not a violent person and as I believed all along, that charge was a fluke and I still do.  My girlfriend and I dated another 3 yrs after that without further incidents.  I have lived the rest of my life without another incident.  Together we curbed our drinking and gave our lives to Christ and today we are both still devout Christians.  We matured together and then realized, we were not where it all ends and separated but stayed good friends to today.  We have a deep mutual respect for each other and always will.

I hope this story helps your endeavor because I know people make mistakes and a charge like this should not be enacted unless a prior warning had been violated. The I would say, this person might be a threat to society.  I don’t know what to do now, but I would love for this charge to go away permanently and so would my wife so that I can advance my career.   I am going to turn 50 this summer.  My time for advancement is running out.  Please help me be rid of this charge. Thank You!

    Relief will come.

I was taught from an early age to tell the truth when questioned by authority. These are the principles I live by. However, the truth will set me free from this world, but not in this world. How could it be that if I tell truth about wronging myself I am punished further? Yet, the liar who is successful in his denial is rewarded. The truth is archived and the lie is discarded. Never mind that the constitution does not state I cannot work in a specific field for example Accounting. Never mind that these are injustices created at a more localized level. Never mind that I’ve spent almost twenty years working towards CPA licensure for the purpose of helping citizens identify the accounting scandals of today. Yet, denied this formalized status for fear of what the liar does daily. Never mind that I am here to help right the wrongs of judicial atrophy. How do you think God will treat the man who admits his wrongdoings and is ostracized by society? How do you think God will treat the man who denies his wrongdoings and is rewarded by society? Whom will he show mercy? I’ve never been through a trial proceeding often I’ve admitted guilt within days. Yet, there are many who seek trial proceedings for the purpose of successfully denying their wrong. This do not at all pertain to the wrongly accused, but it does pertain to the wrongly excused.
