Wrongfully Arrested, Charges Dismissed

I was wrongfully arrested in 2008 for an alleged terrible crime that happened in 2007, but the accusations were false and I was held in the Parrish jail in Covington, La, without bail and without trial until it was determined two years later at a preliminary hearing that the allegations were false and the alleged victim (so-called critical witness), was determined to be a liar, incompetent and an non-credible witness. I filed three motions for a 701 speedy trial to no avail and on Feb. 8, 2010 I was released on a $75.00 signature bond and the charges were nolle prossed in August of 2011.Now I want to have the charges expunged because the arrest is listed in FBI file and my most recent employment was terminated because of the arrest being listed without a disposition (showing they were dismissed).
