I was on a train and was told to get off because I was causing a disturbance.  I only asked a gentleman to quit taking pics of me.  It was very disturbing.  Then I was arrested.  There is no record of this case on Amtrak or in Highlands County, florida.  I feel I was roped into this case and only said no contest so I could get out of jail.  It wasn’t until I was out of jail that I found out there was no record of this at all and I could have beat it.  Please delete my mugshot as this is causing me an extreme hardship and I have two little daughters to support.  Thank you
