Obtaining the job you want with a criminal record can be frustrating. With more than 80% of employers performing background checks to meet increasing insurance requirements, a person with a criminal record is at a disadvantage. Having a record expunged or sealed can help by clearing your record from background checks and allowing you to answer "no" when asked if convicted of a crime.

    I am a disabled woman I have applied for an apartment at a 55 an older senior community in Ormond beach Florida and i was denied approval due to court records dating back over 10 years ago in regards to harassing phone calls that my child was making and worthless checks due to confusion of a divorce that was not properly handled.
    Finding a Job and a residence is tough when you cannot understand how to have manners on the telephone because of being sick and grieving death of relatives..No Love. For mankind..I pray peace…
