old expungment case help needed

I’m a Former Resident of North Carolina trying to resolve a case were a arrest I had in NC regarding Identity Fraud.The all charges were dismissed and Expunged at the request of a Common Wealth Of Virginia Court but is still appearing in North Carolina even though there were never any charges in North Carolina.I was only held in North Carolina and Extraditated back to Virginia were I resided at the time. I have been assured by Virgina that the information was presented to the State of North Carolina at the time the expungment was requested back in 2000. The case information is listed below.
