I have never committed any crime! I was placed in foster care at as a child where I was required by the state to see counsolers and was diagnosed with mental conditions. I have stopped seeing counselers and taking anti-psychotics when I was 15 and have been perfectly fine. I’ve led a perfectly normal life. I’m now 27 never so much as a traffic violation. Never committed a crime yet cannot pass a background check for a gun. Since I was required by the state to see a counseler as a child I have less rights then a convicted felon! I know criminal records can be exponged, juvinile records automatically. Bout medical records? What can I do to restore my gun rights?
