Reparked my vehicle and was accused of DUI, couldn’t afford anymore lawyer’s bills, so plead guilty. Now it’s been seven years and I cannot get it easily removed from my record.

it happened to me too!. I was very drunk and decided to park my car in a Target parking center after two in the morning couldn’t drive anymore. when a cop knock on my window. I explain to him that I just decided to park here ’cause I was very drunk and decided not to continue driving. That I will spend the rest of the nite until i get sober and ready to continue driving.I think he was in a good mood and let me rest until the next morning. NOT ALL COPS ARE “BARKERS” .
