Yes, you can expunge a DUI in Utah. Alcohol related traffic offenses (Title 41) are eligible for expungement 10 years after you complete the sentence (including probation).

Remember, a DUI gives you a driving record and criminal record. Just because the DUI drops off of your DMV record in 10 years, does not mean it will drop off of your criminal record. You will need to file a motion for expungement for the DUI to be expunged.
