i should be more specific, i was charged and convicted with 2 d.u.i.s and most recent one was march 2009. my first one was october of 2007 ya look's pretty bad. but i lost my class A CDL the department of transportation told me that i can get my cdl back based on conviction in other word's if i can get a reduction i can recieve my cdl back. is it possible to get my d.u.i. case most recent reduced, in wich was in murray in front of judge thompson please help im ready to start a case..
