hello there, my question is. I am on probabtion right now till september i believe. I got a charge for abuse of physco toxic chemical for having spice and my pipe on me. when it was complete legal at the time i don't understand why i got the charge for spice because i am old enough to buy it. but i do understand on the pipe part. but i would like to know, if i get off my probabtion early or finish it out till september, how long do i have to wait before i can start getting my record expungement? thanks!!
