In 2005 I was arrested for poss. less then 1 gram I also have a DWI  and a prostitution charge. I was going threw a very hard time in my life with a death of a child and made the wrong choices to cope. Now i am clean, married and living a wonderful fulfilling life but now that I'm on the straight and narrow i have these charges hunting me and can no longer pursue a career in the military or boarder patrol. Is there any hope for me for and expungement?

I am sorry to hear about your loss of a child, but very glad to hear about your turn-around. The only way those offenses would be able to be expunged under current Texas law is if they were first pardoned.  Pardons are possible in Texas, but they are a bit of a longshot and take a lot of time and patience.
