In 2008 I was wrongfully arrested for suposedly stealing a car and charged with theft proposition of $20k but less than 100k. which was a 3rd degree felony. after 2 years of fighting the charges and my lawyer making me go broke. I took a plea bargain for a class b misdemeanor (criminal mischief) I was then given the sentence of time served and that was 1 day. I was wondering how long do I have to wait to get it expunged or maybe even getting a pardon. this was in 2010 when i got the "conviction"I have never been in trouble before or after and i didnt get probation or  anything. I just cant get a job for the life of me.
