I am a poker dealer needing to expunge my record of two different cases. Both are still on my record and keeping me from getting gaming badges to deal poker tournaments in several states.

One is a  gambling promotion charge in Corpus Christie, Texas in 2004 where charges were dismissed according to my local lawyer in Corpus Christie. The other is simply a gambling charge in Bedford county, Tenn for simply attending a private poker game.

 I am just starting my research in getting these records expunged and have questions on the costs expected and how soon the charges can be cleared from the criminal background check records. Would i handle these cases separately or have help eliminating both at same time?

What are the expected costs?
