I was arrested 21 years ago in Oklahoma.  The record is just now being expunged in Oklahoma due to an error of the D.A. at the time.  (I paid the fine instead of doing community service and the D.A, at the time did not think I had done either).  So I just got the paper signed by the judge to have my record expunged in Oklahoma.  How long will it take to be taken off of my Tennessee criminal check?  A job is hanging in the balnce and I can't start the job until the TSBI fingerprint record is cleared.
