I was convicted of one drug felony, I changed my life around im in college. Im in college for criminal justice is there any loopholes or ways to have my record expunged, or sealed in the state of pennsylvania rather than trying to receive a pardon? I know in the state of PA in order to have something expunged you would have to be dead for three years, or you were under 18 and not convicted as an adult, or if you turn 70 years old and have no other convictions for 10 years? there must be something or some type of loop hole or law?

Congratulations on having your life "changed" and making it to college.

 

Unfortunately, your understanding of the law is accurate and I am not aware of anyway to have a felony expunged in Pennsylvania.  A pardon is the only remedy that I am aware of.

im in the exact same boat , im just going to file for my pardon, and file  for restoration of my rights to bear arms. i have been also researching a few other possibilities , such as certificate of rehabilitation, certificate of relief from disability, and certificate of good conduct(crd)  google these
