18 teen first conviction no ARD 11/1985 felony 25 years ago in State of Pa

Philadelphia .Burglary Junk yard There was 3 of us I was not the youngest

not the oldest but got stuck with a felony conviction while my 2 friends got ARD and a clean record now been over 25 years have past Its still there on file . What can I do seems the system is totally against me. Under the new law I lost my right to bare arms thanks to Tom Corbett and Lin Abraham . My Kmart rifle owned for 24 years became illegal .. Mudd Cry

Pardon ? I think I tried but got no answer . If I where to pay an Attorny to do it would be very expensive Last Year Rendell didn'r except any pardons why should Tom Corbett be any different since he in acted new gun laws .Kmart Rifles are illegal now . But so is illegal surch and seizers . Pa is on path to nowhere .
