Not sure if I'm correct but according to Oregon law you have to wait 3 years after sentencing to expunge a website? So if I was sentenced in July 2007 I can apply for expungement next month right?

Charlie,

Oregon law allows expungement of a conviction after the person satisfies a 3-year waiting period, provided that the crime itself qualifies for expungement, and provided further that the person was not convicted of any other crime in the 10 years immediately preceding the filing of the expungement motion, and provided further that the person fully complied with all requirements of the sentence.
