i'm at a loss right now, i have no idea what to do and i need SERIOUS help. apparently i have a criminal record (one that i'm not even AWARE about). i certainly dont remember ever doing it (it was a shoplifting charge). i just cant believe i have a criminal record when i didnt even DO ANYTHING. i guess i should probably talk to the cops first or something, but just kind of looking for advice in this type of situation. ty.
