I was arrested for possesion of marijuana, intent to sell and deliver and maintaining a dwelling. I plead guilty and served my time in NC DOC. My name is on the Internet along with my record. My conviction was in 2004. Can it be removed I have had no arrests since. It creates a lot of negative impact on renting and obtaining work.

The body  men calvin klein underwear stockings are available in variety of colours. The most common colour found in the market is black. However, you can also mens underwear briefs  find  mens calvin klein briefs the body stockings in colours like red, nude, purple, or pastel. In case you are buying the stocking for the calvin klein womens  first time, make sure you stick on to the black colour. In fact this womens lingerie can prove to be a fashion disaster if it is not carried properly.

If the underlying conviction is expungeable, then the DOC records could be removed.  So, you need to look into expunging the conviction(s).  Under currenly law, if they were felonies, and you were over 21 at the time of the offense, you may not be eligible Рbut I encourage you to let my office review your criminal record for a definitive answer to that question.

There is a new bill, introduced in the NC Legislature that might apply to your situation if it were to become law… see the following: http://ncexpungement.com/petition-congress-to-pass-house-bill-675

All the best,
