Hi,

I have a question to ask. I work for a fairly large advertising firm in NYC. My annual review is coming up soon, and I feel that I really have a shot at getting a promotion. There's a teeny little problem that might get in the way though. A few months ago, I was out on the town with my girlfriends, having fun. We had a little too much to drink. Long story short, we were all arrested by the NYPD for disorderly conduct, but let off with a warning. However, we were arrested. I'm a little nervous that HR is going to look into my criminal record and not promote me because of this. Would an expungement help in this case? Thanks in advance.
