How can I have an expungement done for a past shoplifting and probation charge  example date of (1981), this matter was to be a dismissed situation, but apparently not what has arisen and my place of employment will be terminating me as of today 5/6/2011and in the event that previously I had been arrested for a charge  3/15/2011 in the situation that was supposed to be job related, and I found that this was a scam online job that sent checks to me for a travel coordinator positions to tranfer that is now pending me ? (also, this travel tour agency is not a bogus international agency though "AVEC-SRL", of Rome, Italy)

What could I expect from an outcome of this (?) minding my asking…..
