Basically in a nutshell. I submitted my expungement pro se and recieved a letter (interpreted by a lawyer) as to the 'checked' reasons I cannot expunge my record. I'm in Southern New Jersey. Camden County.

My 1st offense I used PTI and it was dismissed. However its still on my record that I wanted to remove). I was told that any offenses, convictions After(subsequent) a PTI cannot be expunged.

The 2nd major reason was that I had 'too many' guilty convictions.

I didn't think I had that many, but the letter sent back after my submission said otherwise.

I did check prior to submitting and No charge or offense fell into the catagories of 'Non-Expungeble ' Offenses.
