I was convicted of possession with intent to distribute less than one ounce of cocaine and was given a 12 year sentence with mandatory special parole term. The special parole term is mandatory for any possession conviction at that time. Since then I had the special parole term vacated based on a false parole infraction which led to 24 months of illegal incarceration as stated by the federal judge. Now having earned a J.D. I am having trouble sitting for the bar exam. Do I have any alternatives as to an expungement

If your offense was in Nevada state court, the only applicable record sealing law in Nevada that I am aware of is NRS 179.245
