In 1996 I plead guilty to poss. of a control sub.  under Miss code 41-29-150, but the Judge did not except my plea but instead put me on probation for 3 years.  The Judge clearly states that I have not been convicted of a felony in his order.  I completed the probation without a problem and had no idea that I was showing a felony charge on my record until recently.  It clearly states in Miss code 41-29-150(d) that I have no felony record.  What should I do?

It is probably the arrest itself that is still showing up on your record.  Even with a nonadjudication, the actual arrest, as opposed to a final disposition, will still show up unless you have it expunged.
