My husband I were arrested Last February for domestic violence.  When we were arraigned we were released "ROR" with orders to attend a twelve week domestic violence class.  We went back to court on May 18, 2011 and all charges were dismissed.  The judge recomended that we have the arrest expunged from our record so that it will not cause us any problems in the furture.  I am currently in school working towards my AA degree in paralegal studies to go on and get a BS in political science, and I really do not need an arrest hurting me when I go to get a job.  I have never been in trouble with the law before and do not intend on it happening again.  I found the statute that applies to expungements when the charges are dismissed yet I cannot find a petition to do this.  Would you happend to know where I can find one?
