I'm 42yrs old and also from Illinois where i have been convicted and was sentenced to 2yrs. on a felony (Aggravated Battery) on record from back in 1990, and a resent misderminor (Criminal Damage to property) from 2008 i served a 1 1/2 probation… do i or can i qualify for an expungement????
