September 10, 2011 Rachel	Quote and Reply   Report Post 1 Is it possible to get a federal felony conviction that happened 25 years ago expunged?  I was convicted in Illinois federal court on 2 counts.  Is there a lawyer you could recommend that is experienced in filing a coram nobis and succeed?
September 16, 2011 Mathew Higbee, Esq	Quote and Reply   Report Post 2 While there is no federal expungement law, there is case law that shows federal courts have the inherint power to expunge their own records.  However, such cases appear to be extraordinarily rare.
