I was convicted of robbery, a Class 1 Felony conviction, and was sentenced to 4 year probation. Fortunately, they let me out early and now I'm trying to find a way to remove or seal it. Can I remove it from my record? I also heard there are waiting periods, so if my case does have one, how long is it?
