I pleaded "NO CONTEST" to Misdemeanor of Domestic Violence in early Nov. 2005.  I was awarded 12 months probation and Withheld adjudication.  How does this apply to the Lautenberg Amendment?  Can I still buy and own fire arms or not?  I have been told I can not.

As long a final verdict of guilty was not entered, you should not be covered by the Lautenberg Amendment.
