I am my wit ends! My daughter is 25 years old trying to search for employment but has a domestic violent conviction. Three years ago, she and her boyfriend were charged fighting police was called she went to court. The charge was domestic violence withheld adjudication. She is trying to get her life back on track but, it is tough. No one will hire her. If you know what she can do to get her life back on track, I would be eternally grateful.I am my wit ends!

I am sorry to hear about your frustrations.  Unfortunately, sealing the record is not an option for that type of offense.   There may be other options, but I am not aware of any.  It would not hurt to call a couple of criminal defense attorneys and see if they have any ideas.
