So, if I previously recieved two notices of Violation for misdemeanor allegations, was given the option for a diversion agreement, successfully completed the diversion agreement and had the charges dismissed…, is there a way to have the "arrest record" expunged? If so, what's the process? Where do I start and is an attorney required to motion for the expungement or can a paralegal draw up the motion?

I don't think we have any attorneys who handle federal cases.  I will put your question in the research que and hope to have an answr in the next week or so.
