The reason it is showing up on my record  is  because  I was  transferred from Mexico to  the  U S and resentenced. Then released on three yrs  supervised  release. My question is  where  do  I go to seek expungement? No one  seems to have  an answer.

Probably Mexico, but I doubt it will help you with your records in the US.
