I was convicted of grand theft 3 1/2 years ago . i was sentenced to 365 days tree farm and three years probation . i have 18 days left  of tree farm , my probation is still in effect because i have not completed tree farm yet but it is paid and i am still reporting to the kiosk machine .I am asking how to go about getting my felony reduced to a misdemeanor . I have been a model citizen with no other charges . what will it cost me and who can you refer me

In California, you can apply for reduction from felony to misdemeanor anytime time after you are sentenced.  So you can apply for that now.

As for expungement, you will be eligible as soon as you complete probation and pay your fines.
