I ajudicated for a for a sex offense when I was 13 yrs old in the state of minnesota, after my ajudication i completed probation and treatment and was required to registar as a sex offender. I was Not given a specific level for the offense I commited becuase I was a juvenile. WHen I turned 18 I forgot to registar properly and was convicted as an adult for failure to registar as a PO . I was sentenced to 6 mnths in jail and five years supervised probation and require to registar for 15 more years.

After completing my 5 year probation term I was relased from probation and all civil rights were restored. My felony failure to registar conviction was deemed down to a misdominer. I was still not considered a level sex offender by the state of Minnesota. I moved to the state of Arizona to start a new life and transfered my registration to my new address in arizona . When I went to the sherrifs dept to registar the sherriff illegally obtain my juvenile records from Cottage Grove police dept. in minnesota , this information was not to be released to any state angency or public becuase my juvenile record was sealed and Minnesota statue states no other police agnecy out of the state of Minnesota cannot access juvenile records.

 Due to the information from Cottage grove Police deptartment in Minnesota the sherrifs department in Arizona classified me as a Level 2 sex offender.  Since I transfered my registration down to thier state ( arizona)  they have put my juvenile information on thier public website for local sexoffenders and require me to have public notification.

I think this is B.S. and I also belive that the sherrifs dept. has broken some laws and my constitional rights. If I had a job and money to afford an attourney I just might sew the state and county for , discrimintation, racial profiling, and many others. but being a registard sex offender with public notification has made this difficult for me to obtain employment to pay for such an attouney.

Since my conviction for Faliaure to registar as a PO , I have not had any relating charges brought agasinst me and my criminal record has been clean, I have been very consistant with my registration . I think these laws need to be written more clearly and should be revised . It sucks that I know I have a legitimate case against the state of Arizona and the sherrifs dept , but dont know were to find an attourney that is able to represent me .
Since all my rights have been restored I feel I should not be classified as a level offender in any state being I was convicted in Minnesota and never considered a level offender in that state.Since my civil rights are restored   I should be treated like a human being not a predator and I should not have my troubled juvenile record released to the public!

So in conlcusion if any one can help and knows of the kind of attourney i would need to find or knows an attourney that might be willing to work on my case and if I win a settlement Collect payment after my case is resolved it be great to hear from you.
