On April 13 2011 the judge in Phoenix city court granted my motion to have my misdemeanor judgment set-aside.  I went to "beenverified.com" to run a background check on myself and it doesn't show any updated information in additon it does not correctly show that the case was plead to "disturbing the peace.  I am moving to the east coast and I am will be looking for a new place to live as well as employment, I thought that having the case set aside would take care of this on background checks.  Should I be worried that this will show up on future background checks? Do I need to contact somebody to make sure that the court has updated my information correctly?
