My husband was convicted of felony DUI in 1999. All time was served, fees paid, etc. He has had his license restored, has a clean driving record and has had no legal problems since then. There is a question as to whether his license was suspended at the time of his offense (he doesn't remember because it was so long ago – we would have to get the records to clarify the details). Is there a chance that he can get this felony set aside?

Thank you. I thought that potentially having a suspended drivers license at the time could complicate things.
