If charges were dissmissed with out predudice, can those records be sealed or is there a way to not have that show up on a background check

Yes, you can have arrests that did not lead to a conviction sealed.  You can read about it at http://www.recordgone.com/arizona/record-sealing/

Recent Arizona case has made this once extremely difficult remedy a little easier to obtain.
