Florida Expungement and Record Sealing

If you recieved a withholding of adjudication, were found innocent after trial, or charges were dropped before tria, you may be able to seal or expunge your records. In Florida, sealing your records blocks access from the publc but certain governmental agencies will still be able to access the records.

If all charges were dropped before trial, you have not expunged another record, and you have not committed another crime, you may be eligible for expungement. Expungement completely destroys the record of arrest for the offense.
