I was convicted in 2006 for embezzlement from the Mississippi Band of Choctaw. I pleaded guilty and returned all the money over to the proper authorities. I have held a job that does not require a background check thank God, but I do handle large amount of monies and blank checks and not once has it cross my mind to do something crazy. I would love to have my record clean so that my seasonal job would become a full time job. Can someone please recommend a good lawyer to me.

I’m not sure about Idaho’s Crminal Law statutes, but if you were a minor, I’m sure there can be something done. I would definitely look into this. I’m sorry I’m not of any help. I’m unaware of Idaho’s Criminal Laws and I don’t want to tell you something wrong. Best of luck to you!

Man look i had a felony record on my criminal history and i really did not know that they could not report the felony conviction is u have a full pardon. i have a pardon on my record of the felony. The bar examiners allowed me to b certified to take the alabama bar exam. if i was not rehabilitated do you think they would allow this. so keep your head high.
